Advising on the acquisition of MG Rover's assets by Nanjing Automotive Co.
Why is it significant?
This was the first time we joined our business skills with our technical skills at an international level. We were daily in the media in the UK and in China and had to deal with local and central government officials, union leaders, administrators, financial advisors as well as all the MG Rover and NAC management. And most importantly we were successful.
