Your best solution to date?
Well, its more a work in progress. For the last two years I have been working with South Australia’s Department of Health on the planning and procurement of the new Royal Adelaide Hospital project.
Why is it significant?
This project is one of the top 100 most interesting projects from around the world, compiled by KPMG and Infrastructure Journal, and is being procured under a Public Private Partnership model. The new hospital will lead cultural change in the South Australian health system and promote innovation in healthcare delivery, education and training.
