No particular age group, gender, race or region has a monopoly on great thinking. The people you work with at Arup are as diverse as the markets and communities we work within.
You’ll find we are also a place that welcomes diversity of opinion and the free thinking that goes with it. The diversity of our skills may surprise you too: from planners, designers and engineers to acousticians, consultants and psychologists.
Of course you only see the benefit of that diversity if individuals, cultures, opinions and skills are networked together. Our 50 skills networks do just that. You are wired in to a community of 10,000 people worldwide. With offices in 33 countries we are certainly geographically diverse. But ‘global’ at Arup does not just mean having offices in many countries. It means each office taking a global perspective informed by the diversity of people who work at Arup.
