Arup opened its first Italian office in 2000 to better support an expanding portfolio of work with Italian architects. Today, with offices in Rome and Milan, the firm continues to promote the crucial role of design in the built environment, working regularly with internationally renowned designers and architects and supporting rising talent. The 100-strong team of Italian designers, engineers and consultants regularly draw upon the knowledge and assistance of the firm’s global networks. Among our project work for public and private sector clients are: Florence High Speed Rail Station, Torino Palasport Olimpico, Porta Nuova Varesine and Il Sole 24 Ore Headquarters. All staff speak fluent English and work in compliance with European and international standards.
