Built as part of the 2006 Asian Games, the tower is shaped like a torch and held the symbolic flame for the duration of the Games.

Aspire Tower

Arup's expertise in structural engineering, vertical transportation and building design work in Qatar is evident in Doha's Aspire Tower, built for the 2006 Asian Games. The project is testament to our genuinely collaborative approach and multidisciplinary service offering. Arup’s presence in the Gulf also includes an office Dubai United Arab Emirates.
