Hines is the developer responsible for Ducat Place III, a first-class office building in Moscow. Arup is responsible for structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for this 40,000m² office development in the heart of Moscow.
Ducat Place III, which broke ground in late 2003, is designed and constructed to international-quality standards with large, efficient floor plates and above-market, on-site parking. The glass-façade and modern design will include large expanses of column-free tenant space.
Arup was also involved in Ducat Place II to refurbish offices into a fitness center and consulting on the ventilation of the building.
