Arup has again been triumphant at Australia's premier professional awards for client service, the BRW Client Choice Awards. On Wednesday 12 March Arup was recognised for the second time as the premier provider of professional services in Victoria.
The awards program is based on data collected from surveys of some 30,000 clients and is considered to be the largest of its kind globally. Nationally, some 300 firms were considered for the awards after being nominated by their clients. The researchers, Beaton Consulting, asked clients about a broad range of attributes including innovation, market leadership, value for money, client care and service quality.
When Arup was recognised in the inaugural awards in 2005, its Melbourne office was rated higher than its peers not only within the engineering sector, but also across the accounting, management consultancy, IT and legal professions.
Andrew Wisdom, Leader of Arup’s Melbourne office said, "This award is recognition of the way we work to develop relationships with clients and go beyond just doing a good job. It's gratifying that our clients appreciate our efforts.”
