Marianne Foley (leader of Arup's Sydney office) and Tony Constantino (CEO of Bovis Lend Lease) were jointly selected for the Rider Levett Bucknall Crystal Vision Award. The award is presented to people that actively encourage the career progression of women and promote participation in construction and affiliated industries.
