Arup has topped the Infrastructure Journal’s annual league tables for global technical advisers, widely recognised throughout the infrastructure investment sector as the definitive guide to the global deal market.
The league tables disclose that Arup advised on 18 deals which reached financial close during 2010 worth US$18.7bn; US$3.9bn ahead of the organisation positioned in second place. In addition, Arup advised on four completed deals for minority stakes valued at US$2.2bn which were categorised separately by Infrastructure Journal. In total Arup advised on 22 completed deals valued at US$20.9bn.
As well as being the overall global league table leader, Arup was placed first for transport sector transactions, first for social infrastructure, third in oil and gas, and in terms of geographic coverage, first in both Western Europe, and North America.

The league tables reflect the number and value of all transactions which reached financial close during 2010.
