Chris Luebkeman, global leader of Foresight, Incubation, & Innovation, is the recipient of the VERGE 25: Systems Thinker award.
The second-annual VERGE 25 awards honor 25 leaders from business, government, and institutions who are making significant contributions toward the convergence of systems and technologies around energy, buildings, transportation, and information and communications.
The 25 winners were selected by GreenBiz.com readers and editors. Chris Luebkeman beat out three other well-qualified nominees to win the ‘Systems Thinker’ category, for “linking the driving forces of global change to successful business strategies.”
Chris leads Arup’s Foresight, Incubation, & Innovation group, a global team which identifies and monitors the trends and issues likely to have a significant impact upon the built environment and society at large.
The awards were officially announced on 17 October 2013, at a ceremony at the VERGE San Francisco conference.
