More London is an award-winning, mixed-use development situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, near Tower Bridge. It consists of eleven buildings with varying functions including the Children’s Unicorn Theatre and City Hall.

The 13-acre development is supported by an extensive underground site-wide infrastructure framework, serving each of the buildings on the site.

Arup has been at the heart of the scheme, collaborating with More London Development since 1997.

By enabling technical excellence and innovation, whilst maintaining commercial and construction viability, the site has been developed to its maximum potential, creating a new and vibrant commercial hub.

"Arup’s breadth and depth of expertise allied with the personality, enthusiasm and commitment of their team ensured the success of this award-winning development."

– Liam Bond, Development Director, More London Development

High-quality public space

The buildings are dispersed within high-quality, thoughtfully landscaped public spaces, routes and vistas. The development also includes spectacular water features, thought provoking public sculptures and places to sit and reflect.

The outdoor amphitheatre, The Scoop, is a key cultural destination, hosting public performances during the summer months.
