Arup's consultants recently reduced energy usage at UCSF’s most energy intensive research laboratory, Mount Zion, generating savings of $354,573 per annum - a 33% reduction in annual energy costs.
The firm also conducted a major energy audit for a large pharmaceutical facility resulting in annual savings of over $1m with a simple payback period of less than six months and an annual reduction of 5,000 tons of CO2.
