I am a chartered structural engineer with more than 35 years’ experience in the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary buildings projects for the private and public sectors.

I have a particular focus on the re-purposing of existing buildings to reduce embodied carbon and to deliver better value for our clients. Creating better outcomes for clients whilst aligning to global agendas such at the UN Sustainable Development Goals and delivering a more sustainable future for us all is at the forefront of the work I deliver.

My goal is to help shape a better built environment for Belfast, through the civic and commercial projects that I work on. I am passionate about reducing our carbon footprint and lead teams collaboratively to deliver excellent outcomes in sustainable design.

I have led engineering teams on many award-winning projects including more recently the National Football Stadium and Craigavon Area Hospital Paediatric Unit.
