Our vacation programme kicks off in summer in Australia and New Zealand. It’s an opportunity to take a test drive before you graduate and see what your future could look like with us.
You will be paid for your work with us and get a taste of what it's like to design a new offshore wind farm, pioneer green hydrogen solutions, combat the effects of sea level rise or connect millions of people to work, family and critical services.
Our programme
Our summer vacation programme is a 12-week paid placement over the summer university break. You will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and engage in weekly workshops to enhance your professional and personal development.
Locations: our programme runs in Australia and New Zealand
From developing your influencing skills to building your professional presence and sustainable development knowledge, our programme aims to equip you with valuable skills that will set you apart in your career.
You will have the opportunity to build connections and explore career pathways by networking with professionals across our firm. You’ll hear from experienced professionals sharing their career stories and insights.
On completion, you will be automatically considered for a graduate role, putting you ahead of the graduate pack. Applications are targeted to students in their penultimate and final year of study, but we welcome applications from students currently studying a relevant degree.
Responsibilities vary depending on position but include:

Working closely with senior team members on multiple projects

Assisting in design, analysis, research and report writing

Participating in interdisciplinary meetings
