Arup has 40 years of experience in India, formally establishing an office in Mumbai in 2008 followed by the opening of the Hyderabad in 2013. Clients range from central and local governments, private institutions, architects and international organisations.

A few notable projects include - multidisciplinary services for Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, total design services for Druk White Lotus School, seismic retrofit design and project management of operational manufacturing facilities in Himachal Pradesh.
