Madrid’s City Hall recognises Arup’s commitment to green mobility in the category of General Mobility Plans during the European Mobility Week.
The "Muévete Verde" Awards are announced each year by the City Hall of Madrid, recognising the best practices in sustainable urban mobility carried out in the city of Madrid by companies, associations, institutions and citizens.
The implementation of flexible spending programmes to encourage the use of public transport, the use of videoconferences to reduce air travel for meetings and the strategic selection of the office’s location for easy access by public transport are some of the good practices that Arup has included in the Mobility and Road Safety Plan.
