Gurjit Jhuti Wood appointed Middle East Leader

Arup has announced the appointment of Gurjit Wood as Middle East Group Leader.

Gurjit, who has led a number of significant aviation programmes, will step up from her current leadership of the UK, Middle East and Africa's Airport Development team to lead Arup’s business in the Middle East.

Arup has a strong presence in the Middle East, with over 130 technical experts. The firm has delivered ground-breaking projects in the region including Al Bahr Towers, Guggenheim Museum and Operational Readiness at Dubai Airports. Arup continues to work across a diverse range of areas, with current projects including Midfield Terminal Building at Abu Dhabi International Airport and Jumeirah Central Master Plan.
