CEE BIG Retail Park in Novi Sad is a commercial and logistics centre which includes DIY stores, a hypermarket and anchors in a total area of 89,900m2.
The new commercial and business complex consists of a ground floor commercial facility of 31,400m2, a five-floor business facility and 1,437 parking spaces.
During the development process we reviewed a wide spectrum of documents and drawings including geotechnical and contamination reports and architect drawings.
In addition, we researched the best value materials and techniques, local legislations, codes and supply services. This research supported the effect on building design concepts and allowances.
We also provided road and traffic design and design supervision during construction. Our engineers were responsible for the quality of work and compliance with local design and legislation.
