Hyatt Regency Cartagena is a mixed-used building complex, comprising the Plaza Bocagrande shopping centre, a 261-room hotel and the H2 residential complex, including 88 apartments in the upper 17 floors of one of the 29-storey towers.
Our services in this project included façade design consultancy during schematic and detailed design and technical assistance during tender and preconstruction. We also provided detail CAD drawings, façades specifications documents and the evaluation of possible façade contractors.
The 13,000m2 retail area contains luxury shops and five VIP cinemas. The hotel will include a 150-linear meter swimming pool (the longest in South America), two exclusive restaurants, a cocktail lounge, a luxury bar, a 600m2 venue hall, meeting rooms, a spa, fitness, gym, and a modern business centre.
Once completed, this hotel will be the first Hyatt hotel in Colombia and the first mixed-use complex in the city.
