Setun Hills Business Park will provide new office, retail, restaurant, leisure and hotel facilities in south-east Moscow.
Our teams in Russia and Germany helped to realise the architect’s vision for the project. The firm provided façade, structural and building services engineering design and will supervise the project until the building permission stage.
Hamburg architects Bothe Richter Teherani’s design for Setun Hills envisages a layout of five buildings on the site, which is located opposite Victory Park. Facing Minskaja Street will be a multi-use complex with office and hotel space. Three further round buildings set back from the road will be devoted to office space. In the background, the final building – the boarding house – will provide five exclusive villas, as well as short-let apartments, a restaurant and conference area.
Thanks to close collaboration between teams in Russia and Germany, the project has been developed to Russian codes while maintaining the Western standard requested by the client. The result is an ambitious, sustainable and comfortable building complex.
