Sveti Marko Montenegro is a six-star luxury resort on the island of San Marko. The hotel includes 100-120 units and suites which include a supporting spa, conference facilities, high-end retail shops and many restaurants.
With a total surface area of 93,000m2, the resort includes a marina, a yacht club, luxury villas and Venice style townhouses and a heliport.
For this luxury resort we provided acoustic consulting, infrastructure and maritime design, civil engineering and geotechnics.
Our primary objective was to carry out a holistic engineering feasibility of the current concept and address the key issues identified. Along with this we provided engineering support to the architects and other members of the team before location survey submission.
