The hotel hospital is envisaged to be a state-of-the-art building, providing highly professional and sophisticated facilities for both hardware and software installations.
The 120,000m² complex consists of facilities for in-patients and out-patients, general and paediatric facilities, as well as healthcare, hotel, retail, commercial, conference, recreational, spa and fitness facilities and an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Operated on a membership basis, the hospital aims to provide its members with a blend of high-class medical and international lifestyle services.
Once completed, the East Asia Hospital will also provide an oasis from the fast-developing city, serving as a one-stop shop for people of all ages wishing to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Located along the west side of the Mekong River, the hospital enjoys a fantastic morning view to the east. The twin tower design optimises the south and east-facing facade to capture the river view and the inherited site assets.
The surrounding areas will be reconfigured or redeveloped to meet urbanisation standards. The East Asia Hospital will be the prime landmark for the revitalisation of this district.
