Governance

This policy is established by the Arup Group Limited Board and is implemented across all Arup operations through policies, procedures, management systems, and learning programs.

It is reviewed and approved annually, or more frequently when required.

The Quality Director is responsible for ensuring that plans are developed and implemented to achieve the aims of this policy, while complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other requirements.
