How we're governed
We recognise the value of transparency around organisational governance, how businesses are led and managed, and how stakeholder considerations are reflected in decision making, and our governance reflects that.
We will work to establish ourselves as trusted partners to First Nations communities, respecting each other and working together to create a more equal society for the benefit of all.
During the drafting of this RAP, First Nations peoples were faced with Australia’s decision to say ‘no’ to a First Nations Voice to Parliament. In the wake of this decision, it is more important than ever that we recognise the ongoing journey of healing and reconciliation and commit to standing with and walking alongside First Nations peoples, to acknowledge their teachings and foster a future of unity and respect.
This is aligned with both the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Arup’s own strategy.
