Working across disciplines and drawing on diverse voices is an essential part of who we are. We are calling all future leaders, innovators, change makers and trailblazers to join our Graduate Development Programme in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.  

Learning and development

During the programme, you will have access to:

  • Arup University to continue your learning and personal development

  • Ongoing mentoring from experienced practitioners in your field

  • Direct involvement with specialist skills networks both regionally and globally

  • Ongoing professional development (technical and non-technical) 

  • Support for career progression, chartership/professional qualification, and association membership


Eligibility

To be eligible for the graduate development programme, candidates:

  • Must be in the final year of their degree or will have completed a relevant degree before the programme commences.

  • Must not have more than 12 months of experience in a graduate or equivalent role.  

  • Meet the work rights criteria in the country of application. 


Work rights criteria

  • Australia: Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, Graduate Visa, or Visa with unrestricted working rights in Australia.

  • New Zealand: New Zealand Citizen, New Zealand Permanent Resident or Visa with unrestricted working rights in New Zealand.

  • Singapore: Singaporean Citizen, Singaporean Permanent Resident, Student Pass, Employment Pass or Work Pass.

  • Indonesia: Indonesian Citizen or Indonesian Permanent Resident

  • Malaysia: Malaysian Citizen and Malaysian Permanent Resident
