Application process

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll get in touch for a short telephone interview if we’d like to take things further. Whether your application is successful or not, you’ll always hear back from us.

If the telephone interview goes well, a line manager will review your details to determine the best fit for you in terms of role and location. If you’re flexible, this could help your application.

Once shortlisted we’ll invite you to an assessment centre in the office that best suits our needs and your preferences.

Assessment centres last around half a day. During that time you’ll meet the hiring team, recent graduates and sit technical exercises, a group exercise and a competency-based interview.

We’ll let you know within two weeks of your interview if you’ve been successful. Whatever the outcome, we know that understanding your performance is vital to your development, so we’ll give feedback to everyone.
