Claudia is the Architecture Leader for Arup's UKIMEA Region, bringing over 23 years of experience delivering complex, large scale developments and masterplans across the UK and Europe. A strategic and collaborative architectural leader, she combines design flair, tenacity and a holistic “Total Design” mindset to shape integrated solutions.
Claudia has deep expertise in navigating the London and Cambridge planning landscapes and is known for her ability to unite teams around ambitious design visions while maintaining a rigorous, people centred approach. Her work spans sectors and scales, always grounded in a commitment to quality, sustainability and meaningful impact.
Claudia is focused on strengthening cross regional collaboration, elevating design excellence, and championing architecture’s role within multidisciplinary practice. She brings an inclusive, energetic and forward thinking perspective to the continued growth of Arup’s architectural capability across UKIMEA.
