Fergal Whyte

Globally, Fergal leads our group assurance, risk and reporting function, which oversees our ethics, risk, health, safety and wellbeing committees, as well as being Arup Group Director responsible for health, safety and wellbeing and ethics.  He also currently chairs our South East Asia executive.  He joined Arup in 1992 and has previously held leadership roles including global water business leader and transport leader for East Asia.  Fergal is a past chairman of the Association of Consulting Engineers in Hong Kong.  He remains involved in projects as project director or project manager of major infrastructure projects.
