Ivana is the Host Cities Leader for the Americas at Arup. She is an internationally recognised expert in major events, sustainable legacy planning, and transformation, with over 25 years of experience delivering complex programs worldwide.
Her work spans major global events, including the Olympic and Paralympic Games, European, Pan American, and Commonwealth Games. Ivana also led Peru’s $7 billion Reconstruction Program, driving government engagement, technical assurance, and sustainability across nationwide infrastructure delivery.
She holds a Ph.D. in psychology with a focus on human consciousness and systemic transformation, and executive education from MIT, specialising in Sustainability Strategy and Innovation. Passionate about systems thinking, Ivana helps organisations and host cities navigate uncertainty and deliver inclusive, resilient solutions.
