Jack Lo

Trained as a building services engineer, he has 18 years’ experience working on national and international projects across the UK, Greater China and East Asia. His work has ranged from listed buildings in the English countryside to mixed-use re-developments in Beijing. He has also led multi-disciplinary projects from initial concept through to project handover, managing an experienced team to provide holistic engineering solutions for our clients’ unique challenges.

Successful retrofit projects help reduce the carbon footprint of our existing buildings across the built environment. Not only do they create socio-economic benefits, but they are crucial to meet out net-zero carbon ambitions across the world. Jack is proud to be the East Asia Lead amongst a network of Arup’s building retrofit specialists, collaborating with clients who share the same visions to make a positive impact on our future.
