- Asia Pacific Rail Leader
James Musgrave leads the Rail business in Arup’s Asia Pacific (APAC) Region, which spans East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
James has over thirty years of experience in the design and management of large civil engineering projects around the world, with particular expertise in the field of railway engineering. He has experience on both the client/design side and the construction side of projects, having worked with and for contractors on several design and build projects.
He has worked in Asia on a range of projects including high speed rail, metro and commuter rail for fifteen years, primarily in Hong Kong but also in Singapore, Thailand and India. He has also worked in the UK, Middle East, South Africa and Canada on the delivery of several major D&B and PPP projects.
