Drawing on Arup’s global network of built environment experts, TC works with clients to shape and oversee delivery of human-centred travel for generations to come.
Prior to Arup, as the President of Global Business Operations, he led Samsung C&T’s international business operation to become a trusted Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company. During his time as Projects Director at MTR Corporation, he was responsible for all new railway projects in Hong Kong, including the West Island line, South Island (East) line, Kwun Tong line extension, Shatin to Central Link, and high-speed rail projects. While at Bombardier Transportation in London as Head of Mass Transit in their systems division, he oversaw major projects including the London Underground Victoria line upgrade.
