Stuart Ross is the UK, India and Middle East Transport Leader, working with clients to shape resilient and sustainable transport systems with a particular focus on the transformative impact of major transport schemes.
A chartered civil engineer with expertise in major project delivery, as well as a construction law background, Stuart has played senior roles on major rail and infrastructure programmes, including, Riyadh Metro, HS2, Sydney Metro and other complex, multidisciplinary transport projects. Based in London, he works closely with global teams to drive collaboration, technical excellence and innovation across for clients across Arup’s transport portfolio.
