Anthony Chiu is the Property, Science and Industry Portfolio Leader for Arup’s Asia Pacific (APAC) Region, which spans East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Anthony is focused on empowering our teams to provide clients with high-quality property design and consultancy services across all stages of the property asset and project lifecycle within the APAC region. He is based in Hong Kong and is a Registered Structural Engineer under the Building Ordinance of Hong Kong.

An experienced project director and manager, Anthony has led the design and delivery of large-scale, fast-track developments across both the public and private sectors. His portfolio spans a wide range of projects, from mid-rise to super high-rise towers, large-scale integrated developments and the renovation and extension of existing buildings.

Anthony’s recent work includes major projects such as the Venetian Macao, the Galaxy Cotai Resort developments and the 530-metre Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre. His leadership and experience continue to shape some of the region’s most complex and high-profile developments.
