Jin Fan leads the Aviation business in Arup’s Asia Pacific (APAC) Region, which spans East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Jin is currently located in Hong Kong, focusing on aviation business development in the region.
Jin joined Arup’s New York office after completing a Master’s degree in Construction Management at MIT. Throughout her career at Arup, she has worked across various areas within the firm, including design management, structural design, project controls, and commercial management. More recently, Jin has been focused on the delivery of large-scale airport projects.
With over 20 years of experience, Jin has driven large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from inception to completion. She has developed acumen in commercial matters, a passion for client relationships, and empathy for people issues.
