Based in New York City, Joanne (Jo) is the Program and Project Management leader in the Americas. Jo leads our program and commercial managers supporting public and private owners in the delivery of complex projects and programs across all business lines nationwide.
With more than 30 years at Arup, Jo has worked with many of the New York government clients, including Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and NYC Department of Design and Construction helping them standup pilot Design Build programs.
Jo holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK, is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers in London holds a PE and is DBIA Certified. She was awarded a Women Builders Council Outstanding Women Award in 2025.
