Chief of Staff to the CEO
Judith Everett is the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jerome Frost and a member of the Arup Executive Board.
In this strategic role, she leads the Office of the CEO, supporting CEO Jerome Frost in driving communications, engagement, and partnerships across the firm.
Before joining Arup, Judith spent over 11 years on the group leadership team at The Crown Estate, most recently serving as Executive Director for Purpose, Sustainability and Stakeholder. There, she was responsible for shaping the organisation’s communications and sustainability agenda, with a strong focus on operational resilience, nature recovery, and social impact. She is also Chair of the Trustees for the UK Green Building Council and has held senior global roles at Shell and AstraZeneca.
