Peter is a Director in Arup’s East Asia region, leading a team specialising in low carbon advisory and sustainable design in the region. He has been with Arup for 25 years and was previously East Asia Legal Director.
A civil engineer by profession, Peter has vast experience in managing the procurement and delivery of mega infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, mainland China and the Philippines.
