Scott Russell is the Americas Managing Director at Arup.
With more than 25 years of experience across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, Scott brings extensive leadership experience in city and environmental planning, organizational development, operations, marketing, and communications.
Based in Arup’s Los Angeles office, he joined Arup as the Head of Marketing and Communications for the Americas region in 2017 and became the Los Angeles Group Leader in 2020. From 2022 to 2025, he was the West Leader and a member of the Americas Region Board.
