Arup’s roots in Taiwan date back to the 1980s, with our Taipei office opening in 2010 to support our expanding work in the region. We have blended art and science in projects like the Taipei Performing Arts Center and Taichung Opera House, bringing cultural vitality and economic vibrancy to the area. Marrying creative design with sustainable solutions, our strategic infrastructure projects such as Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 3 and Kaohsiung Port Terminal and Cruise Service Centre help strengthen Taiwan’s position as a regional transport hub.
In recent years, we are harnessing data and digital technology to enhance Taiwan’s water resilience. Our global expertise and insights are shaping ambitious offshore wind projects, propelling Taiwan towards a more sustainable future.
