Wayne Middleton leads the Water business in Arup’s Asia Pacific (APAC) Region, which spans East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Brisbane, Wayne supports our clients to develop innovative approaches to addressing the emerging business challenges faced by water utilities; adapting to climate change, decarbonising and reaching Net Zero, maintaining safe and reliable water supplies, and developing more sustainable and “Total-Value’ based options and solutions.
Leading with care and courage, Wayne considers his team’s wellbeing as important as their project performance and professional growth. He works collaboratively with stakeholders, partners and clients to ensure project outcomes that deliver success for people, places and the planet.
