We delivered a tailored acoustic strategy for a complex mix of spaces including meeting rooms, event spaces, offices, and retail where sound control was critical to comfort and functionality. Our work focused on defining performance criteria for each space and implementing solutions such as partition detailing, slab edge isolation, and mechanical noise control to maintain privacy and clarity without sacrificing openness.
To achieve seamless experiences, we integrated acoustics with audiovisual early in design. This collaboration ensured speech intelligibility and controlled sound spill across flexible conference areas and pre-function zones. Through precise room shaping and finish selection, we created environments that support both quiet work and dynamic events, proving that complex adjacency can sound and feel effortless.
Audiovisual
We partnered closely with Bedrock and event production teams to deliver a highly flexible and advanced audiovisual system that supports everything from daily meetings to large-scale events. The system is entirely IP based, enabling seamless integration, scalability, and future-ready performance across the development.
Our design includes ultra-high-resolution displays that exceed UHD standards, paired with intelligent routing and adaptive configurations for divisible spaces. These features ensure crisp visuals and reliable connectivity while maintaining ease of use for operators. The result is a robust platform that elevates presentations and live experiences without compromise.
Information and Communications Technology
We worked closely with Bedrock and their IT teams to design a resilient infrastructure that supports diverse user needs across the development. Our solution delivers multiple parallel networks dedicated to public access, corporate operations, and event production, ensuring security, reliability, and performance for every scenario.
This layered approach provides seamless connectivity for tenants and visitors while enabling event teams to manage high-bandwidth requirements without impacting business-critical systems.
