The Tsuen Wan Estates Development is to be sited on the 5.5ha podium deck above the Mass Transit Railway depot at Tsuen Wan. and consists of residential tower blocks, schools, banks, shops and other public amenities. It will provide accommodation and facilities for 20,000 people.
