Arup and China Civil Engineering Construction sign agreement on global collaboration

Arup signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today with China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) to strengthen their strategic cooperation in pursuing worldwide opportunities, with a key focus in Southeast Asia and Europe.

The signing ceremony took place at CCECC’s headquarters in Beijing where the MoU was signed by Arup’s Group Chairman, Alan Belfield, and CCECC’s Chairman, Zhao Dianlong.

Formerly the Foreign Aid Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, CCECC was established in 1979 as one of the pioneering Chinese companies active in the international market. CCECC has now established resident offices or project management headquarters in 101 countries around the world.
