East Pacific Centre is the latest addition to Shenzhen’s premium leisure and shopping centre, serving as a concentrated hub for retail, commerce, entertainment and business. It comprises two grade-A office towers, two residential towers, one five-star hotel tower and a three-storey high-quality retail podium.
Arup provided structural engineering and geotechnics services at scheme design stage, and review services at preliminary design and construction documentation stages.

We also conducted wind engineering analysis and advised on the comfort issues according to the international standard ISO 10137:2007 for residential towers of slenderness ratio 9.6 under a one year return period wind speed.
Set to be a fully integrated mixed-use complex, East Pacific Centre will provide a high-quality urban dwelling experience and become an icon of premium living.
