Kate Jarritt is Arup’s Global Strategy Consulting Leader, based in London and working within the Advisory Services, Management Consulting team.
Kate specialises in strategy, delivery models, and organisational transformation for asset-intensive organisations, guiding clients through complex challenges and helping shape their strategic direction. In recent years, Kate has worked extensively on the setting up and standing up of major project delivery vehicles.
With over 15 years’ experience, Kate has led significant projects across multiple sectors including rail, energy, water, and aviation. Her recent work includes leading Arup’s contribution to Great British Nuclear, designing the development company responsible for delivering the UK’s first Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). Kate led the Stewart Review into HS2, has worked on inputs to inform Rail Reform policy, and has led reviews into organisations after critical failures. Kate’s expertise spans major project delivery, change management, and operating models, and she is recognised for her collaborative approach with executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
