Delivering the solar PV industry
We’re supporting governments and cities across the world from Sydney to Durban exploring how solar PV can become a critical part to the energy transition. Through our strategy and roadmap planning, we develop clear pathways to decarbonising public and private sectors.
Although solar PV is an established market across parts of the world, many countries are taking first steps towards establishing renewable energy industries and are yet to develop mature supply chains.
We’re working with clients across the world to unlock the potential of solar energy for each local market, including parts of South East Asia where we’re supporting developers who are investing in floating PV technology.
Contributing to an expanding industry
With growing interest in solar PV facilities from investors, and deals increasing in value, due diligence is vital to ensuring efficient transactions and keeping the market moving. Our technical due diligence provides clients who are acquiring or selling solar PV assets with the expert advice they need to complete successful deals. Our experience allows us to support clients across the solar market to establish the cost of energy and develop tariffs.
Whole systems approach to solar
Energy storage, critical to making renewable energy viable, requires a digital-first approach to energy management. It’s vital to consider energy storage issues and the supporting, smart grid technology at the outset of solar PV projects. We’re pioneering solutions for the industry, like our SolarResilient work.
By looking at whole energy systems for cities and industries, we establish energy strategies for our clients that consider solar PV alongside other renewable sources, such as offshore wind, to find the best energy mix for the future.
