Arup is proud to announce that the firm has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the third year in a row.

The CEI is an annual assessment of workplace equity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, as the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equity. This year, Arup joins the 545 major US businesses that also earned top marks and is one of nine top-scoring firms in the engineering and construction industry. Top-rated employers took concrete steps to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits, and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ+ workers and their families and we are proud to be in their ranks.

Each year the Corporate Equality Index raises the bar necessary to reach a top score of 100 for workplace inclusion for LGBTQ+ individuals and I'm proud that Arup has risen to the challenge three years in a row. I look forward to our continued commitment to our LGBTQ+ membership so we can create a work environment where they thrive. ” Eric Euting Arup's Americas Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Director
