Arup’s creation of significant social and environmental benefits for the community while doing its ‘day job’ for clients has been recognised with the 2018 Corporate organisation leading through shared value award.

The presentation was made by the Shared Value Project, the peak practice body for shared value in Australasia, and regional partner of the global organisation, Shared Value Initiative.

The awards recognise organisations and projects that create social and environmental value as well as financial value at the core of their business strategy, or address environmental and social issues while creating measurable economic or business benefits.

We are committed to sustainability and social value, and acutely aware of the responsibility we have in designing and positively influencing the built environment, so we strive to do the best possible work for current and future generations. ”
