Arup signed a Memorandum of understanding (MoU) today with Chongqing University (CQU) to drive innovative research and develop a talent pipeline for central and western Chinese cities.
The MoU forms the basis for closer industry-academia collaboration in research, training, project delivery, and knowledge sharing and transfer. The two parties will jointly promote the importance of design and engineering excellence through research, systems thinking and sustainable development.
The MoU ceremony took place at CQU witnessed by Cecille El Beleidi, British Consul-General in Chongqing; and signed by Ricky Tsui, Arup’s East Asia Research and Development Director, and Han-long Liu, Vice-President and Professor of CQU.
